Omnivore was the pseudonym for the restaurant critique of the Herald-Mail newspaper. She wrote 51 reviews over two years without her identity ever being uncovered. Even her best friends did not know. When she resigned from the newspaper and told her friends, their first question was, "And who's the Professor?"
Now Omnivor reviews on her own, and posts her honest critiques here. She is usually accompanied by her consort, The Professor, who doubles as a chef in his secret life.
